Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping to more countries soon
We’re pleased to let you know that shipping with us is free – regardless of order value or the number of items.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can easily track your order via the link in your shipping confirmation.
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes around 6 to 12 business days. We do our best to ensure you receive your new fashion items as quickly as possible.
Returns
You can return your items within 60 days of receiving them. Please read our return policy in the footer of our website. To register a return, simply send us an email at support@zulo-sydney.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and guide you through the return process.
An exchange is possible by returning the item in line with our returns instructions and placing a new order for the item you want. If you need help, email us at support@zulo-sydney.com.
